Five stars once again! Amazing care to our two cats and great communication

Eleanor did an amazing job looking after our two cats, we could not be happier! She sent us regular updates and took wonderful pictures of our cats. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Ellie is an incredible cat sitter! I totally trust her to look after my cats, and to me that’s so important. She spends quality time with them, and whenever I return I can tell they’ve been properly looked after (in fact seem annoyed I’m back…). Would recommend Ellie 100% and I now rely on her whenever I need a cat sitter!

Ellie was great with our cat. As we were new to the service she offered to meet with us first without committing to talk through any questions that we had. We really appreciated the daily updates and came home to a happy and relaxed cat.

Very happy with Eleanor's work. Ezio liked her from the first time she came to meet us, and he looked happy and playful in all the pics and videos that Eleanor sent me during my absence.

Ellie was awesome! It was my first time away from my cat since moving to London and she totally put my mind at ease. My cat is a sphynx so she needs a quite a bit of extra attention but it seemed like Ellie loved every minute of it. She updated us every day and kept our flat in amazing shape. When we came back my cat was happy and relaxed just like we never left. I’ll definitely book her again in the future.

First thing is first: Eleanor is great. But before I go on, if you are new Cat in a Flat as we were before our experience with Eleanor have faith, it is fabulous. Now more on Eleanor...She was: -Personable -Responsive -Professional -Experienced -Intuitive -Helpful above and beyond the call of duty. If you travel and have pets then you know the levels stress, details involved, and overall challenges involved with finding someone to not only provide food, water, and change the litter but also someone to give your cat some human companionship. We got daily updates on Our cat Dora along with pictures. That was great! But the best part was coming home after a week to a cat that wasn’t stressed out but that was happy and relaxed. Eleanor’s touch with our shy cat was purrfect. I can’t recommend Eleanor and Cat in a Flat enough. T&M Taylor

Eleanor was very accommodating and took great care of my cat Bailey while my partner and I were on holiday. I really appreciated the daily updates and care, and came home to a very happy kitty.

We left our 7 month old kitten alone for the first time and I was a little nervous about it. But Eleanor really put me at ease, and I knew he was in safe hands. She was very reliable and sent me updates each day. I would definitely recommend her!

Ellie is wonderful! I know that Molly is so well looked after when I am away I can completely relax.

Ellie was awesome. Really communicative and excellent with our cat. They obviously had a great time together and we came home to a very kissy cat which is quite unusual! We're certain Ellie will become his regular sitter as they seem to have bonded really well.

Ellie was great. She took great care of our boys and kept us updated with videos and photos each day. I'm always a little anxious about going away, but I knew they were in safe hands and they certainly seemed to enjoy getting to know Ellie.

This is the 4th time we have used Eleanor now, and she is just brilliant!! Reliable, helpful and really puts our minds at ease when she stays over while we're away.

Ellie was amazing! Our cats loved her and she was so attentive to their needs - they are a very fussy pair! Throughout our trip we received lovely pictures and videos of our happy kitties, which was really reassuring and allowed us to have a lovely trip, safe in the knowledge that the fluffy ones at home were happy. We could not recommend Ellie highly enough!

Ellie was great with our two cats. Coco is normally quite timid, but wandered straight over to greet Ellie when she came to meet them. We were delighted to come home to two relaxed happy cats.
