Hi! I’m Charlotte — a bubbly, kind, and lifelong cat lover who’s happiest when there’s a furry friend around. I’ve grown up with cats my whole life, and I’m currently the very proud cat mum of Monty, a chubby tuxedo boy with a distinguished little moustache who completely owns my heart.

When I’m not cuddling Monty, I work at the Birmingham Hippodrome, where I help make the arts more accessible for everyone. Kindness, patience, and attention to detail are at the centre of everything I do — and that absolutely includes caring for your beloved pets.

Whether they’re snoozing, zooming or giving me their best judgemental stare, you’ll never feel far from them.
