Hildenborough Cat Cuddles

Hi, I'm Phillipa and I live in Hildenborough with my husband, two children and the head of house - Apollo the cat! After 20 years as a primary school teacher and head, I now work for a leading teacher trainer provider. I am enhanced DBS checked and am happy to provide more details on request. I grew up with cats (a tabby called Katy and a black and white mog called Patch) - I loved how they would greet me at the front door when I came home from school. As an adult I've had three cats, all from rescue centres. We've had Apollo since he was a kitten and he really does complete our family!

I like to think I am a very considerate cat sitter. I will adapt my style to the needs of the cat - shy / outgoing, cuddles / don't come near me! / playful, prefers to sleep... I am used to cats with all different personalities. I might sneak the occasional extra treat when no one is looking! I'm used to being brought offerings of wildlife and clearing up the odd accident so you won't come home to anything untoward. Litter trays, messy eaters - a cat has to do what a cat has to do. I'm used to special diets and medical needs, although I would not say I'm an expert at medication and do not give injections, so if your little one needs daily special medical care I'm not the right sitter for you - but I am very calm in a crisis so if they need medical attention while you are away, they will be in good hands. I am also very happy to bring in the post, water plants and feed fish etc. I'm not a big fan of hamsters / guinea pigs etc, but if they are a package with the cat then I will turn my hand to them as well.
