Show me your kitties!

My names Amarie, but I prefer Ama or Marz. I live in Cardiff and currently work as a catering assistant which allows me to have quite a bit of free time. I’m very creative and love all things Arts and crafts almost as much as I love cats. Growing up, my family always had cats, unfortunately where I currently live doesn’t allow for pets but I do see Cubix and Quinona (named by my brother and I at 12 and 13) who live with my Mom, quite frequently. We rescued these two lovely ladies as kittens in Spain and as soon as they’d had their jabs and little passports made up we road tripped and camped with them all the way back to Cardiff. Because of this excursion at such an early age they like to follow us to the corner shops and hop in the car on small trips.

Firstly Im obsessed with cats, loads of people tell me I give off black cat energy big time. Im super laid back and give great cuddles and neck scratches however I also have a playful streak and love cats who have playful or quirky personalities. I’ve also had cats that don’t like touch that much or prefer to approach independently in their own time. Each visit I’ll spend about 30-40mins feeding, filling up water bowls, playing and just checking in making sure your cats are happy. I think it’s important to adapt to the cat and allow them to figure you out before rushing in, as hard as that may be.

Im also a beginner gardener with lots of house plants so super happy to water indoor/outdoor plants. Plus collect/ bring in parcels and letters.

Having had cats I understand how important it is to know you’re cats are in safe good hands, so Im more then happy to keep you as updated as you’d like with pictures and little videos x
