Hi! I’m a commercial archaeologist Monday to Friday — which means I spend my weekdays digging holes, checking layers, and trying not to freeze in the winter wind.

But on weekends (Sat & Sun), I switch from uncovering ancient things to something much more important: hanging out with cats.

😸 Why I Love Cats

Because cats are soooooooo lovely. They’re the cutest creatures in the world and bring instant joy. Zero debate.

🐱 Meet My Cats — Haru & Mugi

I have two boys at home who act like brothers even though they’re not related:

Mugi — an orange cat who breaks every orange-cat stereotype. He’s shy, polite, super gentle, and loves being around people. Whenever someone cooks, he’s right there weaving between legs or hugging your leg like, “I haven’t eaten in years, please help.”

Haru — a small, clingy tabby cat with white, black, and a little brown. He’s a bit naughty, but in a very cute way. He LOVES attention — pats, hugs, anything. Total baby energy.

They’re about one year old. They fight, they cuddle, they fight again — classic siblings. Mugi always checks on Haru like a protective older brother.

Haru eats super fast, so I always divide his meals into half and half to slow him down.

Mugi is a slow eater, so I make sure he can finish peacefully without Haru trying to “help” by stealing his food.

I’m very used to supervising mealtimes and making sure every cat gets their fair share.

🎮 Playtime Champion I play with my cats every day and can match any cat’s vibe — gentle play, high-energy zoomies, or lazy lounging.

💆 Pat & Hug Expert Chin scratches, head pats, cuddles — I’m all about giving cats the affection they enjoy (and respecting boundaries when they don’t).

📸 Daily Updates Photos, videos, and little notes so you always know how your cat is doing.
