Ines looked after our cat Broccoli during the festive break. We felt at total ease knowing Ines would be popping to the house each day to feed, water and play with her. I was so grateful to Ines for looking after Ziggy over Christmas. She was friendly and reliable and seemed to make friends with Ziggy very quickly. It was lovely getting regular photos and videos of what he was up to and it really put my mind at ease knowing he was being well taken care of while I was away. I came back to a happy cat. Ines was brilliant. She sent great updates everyday with lovely photos and videos. She was regularly in contact before to make sure she knew everything she needed in order to check in on the cats and to meet them before.
