Cat sitter in Manchester

Hi! You can call me Rainey, I'm a postgraduate student in UoM and a lifelong cat lover. I grew up surrounded by animals, but cats have always had a special place in my heart — their gentleness, independence and quiet companionship make me feel at home wherever I am.

I currently have two wonderful cats of my own: a chunky American Shorthair (15 lbs and on a healthy diet plan hhh) and a small black domestic cat whom I rescued when she was a sick stray kitten. Nursing her back to health taught me a lot about patience, observation and gentle care — and strengthened my belief that every cat deserves to feel safe and loved.

Taking care of cats has always felt natural to me. I understand their different personalities, from shy slow-to-warm-up babies to confident cuddle seekers, and I’m very comfortable adapting to their needs. I would love to offer the same care and warmth to your little ones while you’re away. :)

As a cat sitter, I’m happy to offer: • Daily visits (once or twice a day) • Feeding, fresh water & litter cleaning • Plenty of gentle playtime and cuddles (if your cat enjoys them!) • Administering medication if needed • Photo and video updates every visit so you can relax and see how your cat is doing • Respectful handling of shy or anxious cats • Keeping your home tidy and secure during visits
