Cat Care for Shy Cats

I'm Solene, I'm French and lived in the UK for ten years (already...!!). I work in film as a writer and love animals.

I owned a family - rescue cat but he passed away at 11 years from cancer, which motivated me to get into fostering cats in needs.

I volunteered with Belfast Cats Protection as a fosterer. I've followed basic training about cat care. I did a fosterer induction, feline diseases, and behaviour course online. I also attended workshops organised by Cats Protection. As a fosterer, I specialised in cats with specific needs, ranging from mamas with kittens, cats with behavioural issues to overweight cats.

I know how routine is important for your cat, which is why I think I can help while you're away! I'm very quiet and patient with cats (and people), and will let them approach me rather than me approaching them, which I think is the best way to understand cats. If you are worried about your cat getting stressed while you are away, I'll surely try my best to ease their stress and be as discreet as possible if needed.
