Dedicated and reliable sitter for cat care in your home

Hi! My name is Lydia and I’m a researcher, with a degree in Zoology and and Masters degree in biodiversity, evolution and conservation. My work means I am regularly at home and have flexible hours throughout my day. I am an animal lover and carer to my new kitten Madam, as well as previously caring for four cats in my family home (Hugo, a farm cat we took in after losing his eye as a kitten; Kiki and Mittens, ragdolls we had as kittens; and Nancy who was rescued after being found on the side of the road while my Dad was on a run). With the different temperaments and histories of my family pets I have a deep understanding of the range of cats needs and their different quirky habits.

I offer 45-60 minute home visits with your cat and happy to feed, cuddle and play with your cat/cats. I also can clean/scoop litter trays and refresh their water bowl. I tailor interaction and enrichment according to your cats personality and send a photo and update after each visit. Before booking, I’m happy to meet you to get to know yourself and your cat and understand what you’d like me to do as your cat sitter. I am also happy to water plants on request.
