Hi! My name is Persephone, and I’m a Psychology Master’s graduate currently living in Cardiff. I’ve always had a strong interest in animal behaviour and wellbeing. I previously volunteered at a cat café, where I helped care for cats on a daily basis, making sure they were comfortable, well-fed, and relaxed in a busy environment. I’ve also kept pets of my own, including hamsters, and have taken part in dog-walking volunteer work. These experiences have taught me to be responsible, patient and attentive, and to respect each animal’s individual personality and boundaries. I genuinely enjoy spending quiet, quality time with animals and always aim to make them feel safe and cared for in their own space.

As a cat sitter, my priority is always your cat’s comfort, wellbeing and routine. I offer reliable pop-in visits where I focus on caring for your cat in a calm and gentle way, helping them feel safe and relaxed in their own home.

My visits include feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, and spending time with your cat based on their personality — whether that means quiet company, gentle play, or simply giving them space. I never force interaction and always let the cat lead.

I take my responsibilities seriously and carefully follow any instructions you provide. I’m also happy to send photo updates during visits, so you can feel reassured that your cat is being well looked after.
