Hiya! My name is Abel Hanson - I'm a professional performer and creative living in Ripon, North Yorkshire. The majority of my experience came from our chubby baby, Callie, who passed away this December at 15-years-old. Along with the joy and continued learning it brings, cat care will also be a way to help me grieve <3

Along with typical cat care for all ages, I also have experience in disability due to Callie's later years. She required medicine, special socks, help cleaning, closer care, etc... She was very particular about who could interact with her, and we were terrified every time we had to leave for the USA.

All this means that I have a deep understanding of both you and your cats' fears. I'm a big advocate for consistent updates, pictures, videos, cat cams, calls, etc... and I especially recognise the nuance in taking care of a vulnerable cat who doesn't like strangers :)
