Naoko did a great job on her first booking with us. Regular communications before and during the booking, with detailed updates and pictures. Both our cats took to her very quickly, despite Pushkin usually being very shy of new people. We have already booked again!

My cats had a great time with Naoko; and she followed my instructions well. I really wanted the cats to have loads of attention and affection while I was away and Naoko was able to do that and provided regular updates for each visit. I was also worried about one of my cats as she is prone to matting if not brushed; Naoko did a good at this.
