Registered Veterinary Nurse available for kitty care. Medical cases happily accepted!

I am a kind and lovely lady with a total love for animals. I started working as a Veterinary Nurse back in 200 and become fully qualified and registered in 2005 (you can find me on the RCVS register). I don't currently work in practice, I actually work for an animal diagnostics company so we are the people that run the blood tests and interpret them for sick cats and dogs too. I still do night shifts for some local practices covering emergency work as I like to keep my hand in. In 2024 I went to Fiji and worked at an animal hospital and rescue centre looking after the street dogs and cats there for a month. My family has always had cats ever since I was little. I got to name our first cat, she was called Honeybell (not a bad name for a 5 year old!). Then we had Trigger.. A great big ginger who used to drape himself over our shoulders like a big furry scarf. Most recently a long haired black called Hades. They have sadly all passed away and I live with my partner and our first ever dog these days! I am a good "cat whisperer". I know how to speak their language so you can be confident I'll be calm and gentle.

Happy to sit in for a bit and read a book if your kitty wants some human love. I know they are all different so this can be discussed. I am able to confidently give injections for diabetics and oral medication for any cats on daily or twice daily med
