I take the time to understand what each animal needs to feel secure - whether that’s quiet companionship, gentle play, or a predictable routine. I’m attentive to small changes in behaviour and always aim to create a peaceful, reassuring environment.

I care for pets by creating a calm, safe and comfortable environment where they can relax and feel secure. I follow their usual routines closely - feeding, walks, playtime and rest - so they feel at ease with me. I pay attention to their body language and behaviour, and I always make sure they get plenty of affection, gentle interaction and reassurance.
