Peace of mind cat sitting

I've had cats in my life since I was a young teenager and couldn't imagine life without them. I'm currently extremely lucky to have a Bengal who is absolutely bananas, and a very greedy Siamese/Bengal cross in my life. We have almost every 'cat thing' you can get, from cat shelves to trees and tunnels. There is nothing better than a cat cuddling up on your lap after a busy day. My wife and I really miss our cats when we're away, and having someone we know cares about them makes it a bit easier to relax and enjoy our breaks away. Being able to do this for others is what inspired me to get involved with offering cat sitting services. I've worked in education for over 5 years and I'm currently setting up my own business. I'm fully DBS checked and I'm used to being professional and reliable.

I started doing this because I’m the kind of cat owner who worries the second I lock the door to go away. I’ve always wanted more than just a quick “they’re fine”. I want updates, photos, little personality notes. Really it's proof that they’re genuinely happy and loved while I’m gone.

That’s exactly what I offer.

When I look after your cats, I treat them the way I’d want mine treated. That means proper care, unhurried visits, fuss (on their terms, of course!), clean bowls and trays, and lots of attention to the little details. But it also means keeping you reassured. I send thoughtful updates, plenty of photos, and let you know how they’re really doing — whether they’re zooming around, being regal as ever, or pretending they don’t need me while secretly loving the company.

I understand that cats aren’t just pets — they’re family. My goal is that while you’re away, you feel completely confident they’re being genuinely cared for, not just “checked on.”

If you’re anything like me, peace of mind matters just as much as the practical care — and that’s what I’m here to give. I'm also more than happy to help with odd jobs like taking out bins etc., and opening/closing curtains to help your home look lived in.
