Ezzeptional cat care

Hi my name is erin, but my nickname is ezz. I have been around cats for as long as I can remember! I currently have two cats, one named woody, after toy story, and another named Dido from my favourite chapter of Virgil’s Aeneid. I’m currently a student at Durham university and when missing my cats at home I like to visit the cat cafe for cuddles and strokes :) My cat woody has been diagnosed with MS and is blind in one eye so I’m experienced in caring for disabled cats. I adore cats because they’re a constant source of companionship and truly believe they make a darker day brighter. I have owned and rescued different cats throughout my lifetime and I love that every cat is unique in what they bring to the family. It is a dream of mine to own a cat sanctuary but if that is not possible, I want to foster cats in the future who are elderly or vulnerable as I believe every animal should have the opportunity to be loved and cared for, especially in their end of years. I am also DBS checked due to working in a child care for SEN children.

I am organised, flexible, and easy to communicate with. For the cat parents, I would ensure that routine was followed as required, I would administer medication if required, the house would be kept clean and I’m extremely accustomed to cleaning out cat litter trays if this is also needed. Most importantly, I would ensure the cat’s safety and joy through my attentiveness and hours of play time! For the cats themselves, I am an exceptional cat cuddler and treat giver, unless your cat is on a diet :) I’m flexible regarding my availability whether that be short, or long stays, or overnight stays. I will send numerous updates during my stay and will provide many, maybe too many, pictures and videos to let you know your cats are okay :)
