The French House Sitter

Hi! I'm Axelle, a cat lover currently based in the Northamptonshire countryside. I grew up with lots of pets, but when my partner and I started moving around different countries for work we weren't able to have our own furry friends. To fill the void, we started house/pet sitting in the UK and abroad 4 years ago and we haven't looked back! Being able to have such a big pet family while giving owners so much peace of mind when they're gone is such a rewarding feeling.

I have extensive experience with all kinds of cats (from the roughest street cats to the fanciest purebreds), of all ages (newborn kittens to cats ready for their next life) in various settings.

While I don't currently own a cat, I am lucky enough to have landlords who have 2 awesome farm cats who meow at my door every day and spend most of their time on my lap, or going on walks in the field.

I am a non smoker and non drinker.

I mainly offer house sitting services as I like to spend lots of time with cats to build trust and connections, but I can also occasionally do drop ins very locally.

House sitting includes all cat care (feeding, grooming, playing, cuddling, etc.), as well as general home tasks such as getting the post, taking the bins out, receiving deliveries, and keeping the house "lived in" for safety.

The services I offer are flexible and I am always happy to listen to your needs as an owner and accommodate you. I usually like to arrange a meet up so you and your cat(s) can decide whether I'm a good fit for you.
