About Me
Cat sitter in Maidenhead
Talk about ourselves is never an easy task, especially when you need to write for people that don't know you. Since I was 6, I always had cat, I remember my first little cat. It was a cold night and it was raining a lot, like proper raining, my brother and I heard some noises outside, we didn't recognize the noise, but we knew for sure that something was not right! We tried to forget, but the noise didn't stopped and my brother (nine years older than me) said: I think someone is crying. we went to our gate to check, as we were young, we didn't care about the raining, I always loved to play in the water anyway, it was a cat, a tiny cat, soaked, sad, angry, we didn't think twice and brought her in, my mum was mad at first, not because of the cat, but because we were in the rain and didn't let her know. To cut the story, we end up staying with the cat, it was love at first sight, we named her Salome. She was the cutest, she used to sleep with me, she loved to stay in bed, she was very playful even when she was 6! She used to follow me everywhere! She stayed with us for 15 years and then turned my first star in the sky! After this experience I became a cat lover! I am from Brazil and it's been 4 years that I am living in UK....and this beautiful cat on my profile, it's my baby boy that I brought from Brazil with me. 😻 When I was 15 years old I used to be a baby sitter to get extra money to buy my own things and this family had pets and when they went for holidays, they used to ask me to feed, play and walk them everyday. It was when I opened my mind and start to offer my mum's friend to look after their pet and the majority were cats. To be honest I never did any course, but I love cats, I read a lot about them. A year ago, my friend asked me if I could feed her cat twice a day while she was on holiday, and of course I accepted! I can offer to stay for a bit with your cat, to feed them, give them fresh water, play if they want me to, give them cuddle, medicine if needed! she always leave some instructions, so in the morning, I give Maggie's breakfast, change her water, open the curtains, unlock the cat flap, clean her cat litter (she is not a morning cat, so she doesn't like to play...Lol)....after work, same thing, but I lock the cat flap, make sure she is in, of course, close the curtains and leave a light on for her and then play time! I can guarantee that your cat will be in safe hands with me, I love cats and treat them as it is mine. Ahh I can brush them if needed as well.
