Long time cat owner looking for new furry friends

I (remotely!) run a small business in London - we make paint brushes, paint and gold leaf for specialist art and decoration. I love animals, reading, and growing my own house plants - I'll happily water yours!

I love to hang out with all animals - but cats especially! In the past I have owned some rescue cats who needed extra special, gentle care, so I think I am especially good at slowing down to where they are comfortable with the interaction. I give excellent hugs, will let a cat sit on my lap for hours - even if I should really be getting up! I like a good ear scratch - I once owned a cat who could not get enough of that specific scratch just at the base of his whiskers - so I have perfected that! I can be easily swayed into the giving of treats - unless this is not allowed and then I can be very firm! Playing is a must!
