Eleanor took care of my cat Ralph for a weekend and provided updates regularly so that I was reassured. She did all necessary checks and collected the keys beforehand and is great at communicating about it all. Eleanor was absolutely fantastic with my cat. Daily updates with videos were given each day and they were clearly getting on well. She played with him, cuddled him and I could see his usual behaviours on the clips indicating that he was very settled with her. An excellent service and a lovely sitter.

Eleanor was fantastic to deal with. Brilliant communication, and we had one happy cat when we returned.

Cannot rate Eleanor highly enough, she kept me up to date daily with pictures and videos and updates of what the cats had been up too. Goes out of her way to give them loves and spend time with them, 110% 5*, would definitely have Eleanor look after my cats again

Five Paw rating from our cats. I think all our 4 cats would happily live with Eleanor, she has become an important part of their lives. Nice to know our cats are having a happy staycation whilst we are away. She sends WhatsApp updates with each visit and photos of our cats enjoining their day and their cuddles with Eleanor. We could not recommend her more.

Kitty updates were great, you can tell our cat sitter really spends time engaging with each of our 4 cats. We come home to happy settled cats who no longer gives us angry stares of "where have YOU been?!" ... as they've had a lovely time in our absence.

My furry difficult family love Eleanor, they are very relaxed and happy to have the extra attention she gives them. We have 4 cats with very distinct personalities and needs. We now come home to cats that are not just fed but chilled and happy. (No more accusational stares of abandonment from our furry hoard). Loving her updates, her witty kitty-reports are very observational often with photos to match. She is part of the kitty family now.
