Katie was absolutely outstanding in the care she provided to our cat. She was proactive when she appeared unwell and took lots of time to play with her and give her affection. I think our cat will miss her visits! She clearly adores cats and is really sensitive to their needs. I honestly cannot thank her enough for the care she delivered.

Hellen was great as ever!

Hellen and Katie were brilliant and went way beyond all reasonable expectations. Our elderly cat was not eating her ordinary food and our lovely catsitters brought in cat soup etc to tempt her. They managed to keep her going and sadly on our return we knew she would have to be put to sleep. We are so grateful for their care

Katie has looked after our demanding, diabetic cat, Bella on numerous occasions. Both Bella and I love Katie. She is kind, observant and really understands cats and also has bags of common sense. Your cat and home will be in safe hands with Katie. Her Mum, Helen O, is also lovely and provides an excellent cat sitting service to my neighbours.

5 stars are not enough! Hellen and Katie came highly recommended and when we came back today we could see why. We could not be happier with how they looked after our cats while we were away. One of our boys has just been diagnosed with a thyroid condition - they were super competent with him and he looks so much healthier than when we went! They went above and beyond to make sure our cats were happy, spending time with them after they'd fed them and really got to know them. They weren't phased by different feeding plans, temperaments and medication. We got updates, photos and video after each visit which was so reassuring. Would highly recommend them - they are definitely the best. We were able to relax knowing our lovely cats were happy at home with super experienced cat sitters who really care.

As always the kitties seemed absolutely fine and happy when we got home, this time after 5 days over Christmas. Hellen and Katie did an amazing job of looking after our cat William whilst we were away. This is the first time we have had a cat sitter coming in to feed Wills and they would absolutely be our go to people from now on.

William loves company and loves to be around people so I hate the thought of him staying home on his own...but Hellen kept us up to date throughout the week with fantastic (frame-able!) pics and videos of William and he couldn't have been happier. We returned home to a content and relaxed Wills. They even very kindly changed his litter tray before we returned which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated :-). Can't recommend these lovely ladies enough and we have already made plans to book them again!!

I was very nervous about using the website and leaving my cat in the hands of someone I didn't know but Hellen and Katie both came around before we went away, and they were both so lovely it put my mind at ease. They sent pictures and videos of my cat every time they popped around, which was so reassuring. Hellen and Katie gave our 2 girlies excellent care, as always, including doing an extra unscheduled visit to check on one of them because they were slightly worried about her, although we had not asked them to do this. They really care about the cats they look after. We'd never go on holiday if we didn't know they were looking after our furry babies!

Once again, Hellen and Katie looked after Cleo and Claude like the loving aunties we now think of them being! The kitties were truly spoiled with Dreamies and even some leftover Christmas turkey! I think our cats actually like it more when we go away as they can see Hellen and Katie! :) xxx

Panda was so happy and her coat was so soft and shiny I KNOW she had a ball of a time with Hellen & Katie. 4 weeks was a long time for us but Panda was totally fine, happy, healthy and loved what more could I ask for! Hellen and Katie were superb! From the first message they were considerate, communicative and sensitive and these qualities extended into how they cared for Ru when I was away. Ru was super happy to see me and you could tell she had been well looked after. Hellen and Katie sent twice daily updates which put my mind at rest and helped me relax. Hellen was great! She came round before I went away to meet my cats and then sent lots of photos and videos of her visits. The cats really warmed to her - especially when she brought them a special treat for Christmas lunch! Would definitely recommend her and will be getting in touch next time we go away

Hellen is always so amazing with our nearly 20 year old cat. She's so professional, sending regular text, photo and video updates and Felix is always gutted when we open the door when we arrive back home which I take as an excellent sign that he is well looked after by Hellen!

As always, Hellen was absolutely brilliant. Had it not been for her and her wonderful daughter, Katie, I wouldn't have been able to go on holiday. One of our 2 cats had recently had part of her tail amputated and had to wear a cone. I was so worried about leaving her, but Hellen and her daughter gave way over and above what was required, including taking our girlie to the vets to ensure it was all right for the cone to come off. We were reassured by all the updates, photos and videos and were able to really enjoy our holiday, knowing how well cared for our moggies were, especially our poorly one. Hellen is a real cat lover, and it totally shows. I couldn't imagine anyone else looking after our furry babies when we're away. The best!!!!!

Hellen was absolutely wonderful! I knew from the moment I met her a couple of weeks before she looked after our 2 girls that everything was going to be absolutely fine. She was so lovely and obviously adores cats! She contacted me a couple of days before we were due to go away to confirm everything, which was very reassuring. She sent updates, photos and videos every time she fed our cats. She spent time with them, and we really felt they were being cared for, not just fed and watered. This was especially important as one of our girls is quite anxious and shy and we were very worried about leaving her. Hellen contacted us while we were away to ask if she could take her daughter with her to meet Tilly, as she is training to be a veterinary nurse and is very good with shy cats. She certainly was, and Tilly clearly adored her by the time our holiday was over. Hellen and her daughter went way beyond what we expected and I can't speak highly enough of them. This was the first time Hellen had looked after our girls, but it certainly won't be the last. Brilliant! (She also watered our plants!).

Hellen was once again great at looking after our 2 cats. We were a bit concerned about being away as this was a long trip (3 weeks) but Hellen was fantastic throughout. We got pics morning and evening and it was lovely to see our cats becoming more and more affectionate, so we knew they were happy and well looked-after. Will definitely be booking Hellen again! Cannot thank Hellen enough. For the first time ever we were able to relax abroad and didn't have that guilty feeling for having taken the moggies to a cattery. We received enough lovely photos and videos to know they were being looked after perfectly. We returned home after our stressful travel to two very relaxed and stress free cats. Thanks again Hellen.

Hellen was a great choice to look after our 2 cats. From the get-go she was very communicative and helpful and any nerves we had about leaving our fur babies were completely allayed as soon as we met her. Hellen was more than happy to come round and meet our cats and discuss their needs before we went away. Whilst on holiday Hellen was great at keeping in touch to let me know how things were going and sending pics/videos every day which was so lovely when you are already missing your fur babies <3

Hellen and Kate ( Hellen's daughter) are amazing and they have a true love for cats. I travel often and the fact I have found them give me peace of mind. They kept me informed about our cat and sent me a lot of photos and videos were I could see how they bond together and I could see Molly was happy and she was take care of. They don't just feed them, as most the cat sitter do, they play with Molly and cuddle her and they spend time with her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them, they went above and beyond our expectations

Hellen helped with looking after Mimi again, and I came back home to a happy cat again! Mimi was on a different diet and medicine this time, Hellen gave him food and medicine following the instructions, and offered to help take Mimi to the vet if necessary. I don't know what to do without Hellen's help while I'm away!!

Hellen is such a star! I'm so happy I've found her and will no longer have to worry about leaving my two fur babies when going on holiday again. She was amazing with both my polar opposite cats, Callisto is shy and Hellen got her down from her hiding spot for a stroke while Jet is an energetic fella who loves playing and Hellen accommodated that too. You can see she genuinely loves cats and knows whats important to keep them happy. Hellen sends regular updates and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I've already booked her again for my next holiday. Love her!

I was so lucky to have Hellen look after my cat Mimi while I was away for 8 days in last December. Hellen was very prompt with communicating with me and had everything arranged perfectly (picking up keys, visiting Mimi and understood well about how to look after him) in advance so I could go on holiday with peace mind. Hellen updated me everyday about her visit and sent pictures of Mimi, and I knew that I would come home to a happy cat, as she spent good time with Mimi everyday and he liked her a lot (I'm sure he remembers the Christmas treats well)!

Hellen also helped hovering my flat and changed Mimi's litter so that everything was clean when I reached home. Mimi was happy, relaxed and healthy, for which I thank Hellen a lot!

Hellen is a wonderful fellow 'cat-lady'. We met before I went away, she was lovely and my two cats warmed to her. While away I was kept up to date with photos of my fur-babies on whats app. She has 4 cats herself so even my shy one was coming out to see her, get a pat, (and be fed). On the last day, this is so sweet, she ran the hoover round and put the bins out. What a lovely way to return home, the cats were well-adjusted and my flat clean. 100% using her again for my next holiday.

When Hellen came to see the cats they seemed to like her. She took good care of them and kept me updated. Will definitely book Hellen as a sitter again.

Hellen is amazing! She took really great care of our three cats. She sent us lots and lots of photos whenever she visited and she was genuinely interested in them and their personalities, even though she had just met them - she even put the dishwasher on and put the Hoover round! I wouldn't hesitate to book Hellen again - she's a star!
