Thank you for looking after Toby and Bella. Francesca supported Toby with medication including eye drops at short notice and went above and beyond to ensure they were put into his eye. I felt at ease whilst I was away for the day knowing both cats, including my cat that sustained an eye injury was being looked after by someone who truly cares.

Excellent. My cat was looked after, groomed and pampered. Francesca played with him using his favourite toys and just knows how to read cats’ behaviour impeccably well. Thank you ever so much.

Amazing as usual. We have two newbies to the household, one being a kitten who tears through the house like a tornado knocking over our plants. Francesca was great and cleaned up after him 🪴 and sent us photos and daily updates on their antics. Lots of playtime and attention provided, came home to 3 happy cats 🧡

Amazing cat sitter! Both of my cat are very anxious but they warmed very quickly to Francesca, coming down for cuddles and food when she came (normally both hide from anyone who isn’t us). I had regular updates whilst I was away which really put my mind at ease. I’ve come back to two very relaxed and happy cats! 100% recommend.

We use Francesca every time we go away (assuming she's available). We know our cat is in safe hands & has a friendly and familiar face, which makes us feel better too! Francesca is always reliable & sends lots of updates

Brilliant- Francesca came, spent time with the little fur balls and accepted being shouted at by our noisy old lady. She sent photos of them every day she could find them and told us how they were getting along; we were really chuffed and will definitely ask her to look after them in future

Was nervous about leaving our cats as one is quite unwell, but Francesca was great as usual and also was able to give him his medication whilst we were away and gave us lots of updates. Came back to two happy cats 😅

Francesca is now our regular cat sitter. She is a great communicator and we know our cats are safe with her - we wouldn’t use anyone else. Francesca has looked after our cat, Pepper, a few times for us and we have always been really happy. She is friendly, reliable and most importantly, great with cats :)

Francesca was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She looked after our house cat Fern with the best possible love and care. It was the first time we had ever left Fern and I was nervous - but I needn’t have been. Francesca kept me updated with everything and I felt relaxed to be away after only the first day. We have booked in again with Francesca and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Francesca did a brilliant job with my two boys, we returned home to happy and well cared for cats. This is the first time I've used a cat sitter and I wouldn't hesitate to ask Francesca again, she spent time playing with and giving my little Siamese attention which he loves, I had photos of them both and a message after every visit. She even went the extra mile by bringing stain remover to clean up after one of them was sick which I really appreciated. Really lovely person and a caring and great job done - thank you Francesca!!
